Questions clients ask

Is CounselGrid a law firm?

No. CounselGrid is software that lawyers and law firms use to run their practice. Your lawyer is your lawyer; CounselGrid never advises you or acts for you.

Who can see my case?

Your lawyer and the people in their firm they give access to. Your data is stored in India on Google Cloud in Mumbai and is never used to train an AI model.

How do I get access?

Your lawyer adds you to a case. You then sign in at client.counselgrid.com with your phone number; there is no password to remember.

How do I delete my data?
