What we shipped.
Things that are live, newest first. No roadmap promises here; if it's on this page, you can use it today.
-
This website, in Telugu
The whole site now reads in Telugu at /te, with a language switcher in the header. More Indian languages will follow as we can do them properly.
-
WhatsApp legal agent on +91 99667 06444
Our WhatsApp line now runs the full AI agent: it answers legal questions with citations, drafts notices in the chat, and escalates to a lawyer when needed. English, Hindi and Telugu.
-
Live cause-list positions in Court Radar
Radar now shows your matter’s item number and court room from the day’s cause list, so you can time your morning instead of waiting at the board.
-
One Docket workspace
Tasks, hearings and deadlines merged into a single Docket view. Each entry shows where it came from — a hearing, an order, or a colleague.
-
Case files import their eCourts history
Add a CNR and the case pulls its own parties, orders and hearing history from court records. No re-typing what the registry already knows.
-
Hearing reminders on WhatsApp, with an opt-out
Clients get hearing reminders on WhatsApp automatically once a case syncs. Anyone can switch them off in preferences; consent is not a dark pattern.
-
Firm branding on your own subdomain
Firms can now run CounselGrid under their own name, colours and logo on their own subdomain. Our first design-partner firm went live this month.
-
Case + payment linking in collections
Recovery portfolios now link every payment to its case and eCourts record, with idempotent imports so a re-upload never double-counts a rupee.
-
Practice Insights rebuilt on real data
The analytics dashboard now computes from your actual matters, hearings and billing — we removed the last of the demo-data shortcuts.
