Is there really a free plan?
Yes — genuinely free, forever. Solo advocates get case management, a grounded AI copilot, document drafting and OCR with no card and no trial clock. You only pay when you outgrow the monthly AI and document limits.
What does “grounded AI” mean?
Our AI answers are retrieval-grounded over your own matters, templates and a curated corpus of Indian statutes and judgments. Every answer cites a verifiable source — no invented case law, no hallucinated authorities.
Where is my data hosted?
Entirely in India, on GCP Mumbai — encrypted in transit and at rest. Your matters and grounded corpus stay in the country and never train a model. If you enable an optional frontier-AI pack (OpenAI, Anthropic or Google), only that prompt is sent to the provider on a zero-retention, no-training enterprise endpoint; your case data is never used to train anyone's model.
Can I switch plans whenever I want?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and unused entitlements simply roll into the new plan — no lock-in.
How does EasySettle outcome pricing work?
EasySettle is priced around the outcome rather than a large upfront fee — broadly, you pay when the matter settles. The exact fees depend on the matter and its claim value, so talk to us for a quote shaped to your dispute.
