Data Subject Rights Request

Use this form to exercise your rights over personal data CounselGrid holds about you, or that appears in a document a CounselGrid customer (an advocate, firm or startup founder) uploaded to the platform. Where a customer uploaded the data, we act as Data Processor for that customer; the customer is the Data Fiduciary who is legally responsible for resolving your request, and we will route your request to them within 5 business days. Submitting the form opens a pre-filled email to our Grievance Officer; you can also write to privacy@counselgrid.com directly.

If the data is part of a legal matter handled by an advocate: the advocate or law firm decides your request, under the DPDP Act and their duties under the Advocates Act, 1961, the Bar Council of India Rules and section 132 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023. We will not disclose the matter’s contents or any advocate–client communication in response to a request. See Privacy Policy §4.
