Is there really a free plan?
Yes — genuinely free, forever. Solo advocates get case management, a grounded AI copilot, document drafting and OCR with no card and no trial clock. You only pay when you outgrow the monthly AI and document limits.
What does “grounded AI” mean?
Our AI answers are retrieval-grounded over your own matters, templates and a curated corpus of Indian statutes and judgments. Every answer cites a verifiable source — no invented case law, no hallucinated authorities.
Where is my data hosted?
Entirely in India, on GCP Mumbai. Your data stays within the country, is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never exported to model providers or used to train any model.
Can I switch plans whenever I want?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and unused entitlements simply roll into the new plan — no lock-in.
How does EasySettle outcome pricing work?
You can run EasySettle on a subscription, or on pure outcome-based fees: a small filing fee to open the matter, plus a success fee charged only when the dispute actually settles. If it does not settle, you pay no success fee. The success fee is capped at ₹2 Lakh per matter.
