What we handle
- DPDP Act 2023 §13 grievances about how we process your personal data
- DPDP §11 right of access requests
- DPDP §12 right of correction / erasure requests
- DPDP §14 right to nominate
- IT Rules 2021 r.3(2) intermediary grievances (objectionable content, takedown requests, mis-attribution)
- Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 r.5 grievances
- FounderShield-specific grievances (review-quality concerns, sub-processor concerns, plan/billing issues)
Service standards
- Acknowledgement: within 24 hours of receipt (1 business day for weekend grievances)
- Resolution: within 15 days for IT Rules 2021 grievances; per the timeline notified under DPDP Rules once they are in force; or sooner when the matter permits
- Escalation: if you are not satisfied with the
Grievance Officer's response you may approach
- the Grievance Appellate Committee constituted under IT Rules 2021
- the Data Protection Board of India (once notified) for DPDP grievances
- the appropriate Consumer Commission of your residence under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 §34
